inconsistent hot water broken light

the bed in our suite was comfortable. aesop toiletries were a nice touch.

The hot water was inconsistent . Taking a shower meant enduring either scalding hot or freezing cold temperatures. the vanity mirror light in the bathroom was not working either. it definitely impacted my overall experience negatively.

The hotel gardens seemed amazing for a walk. Concierge staff seemed excellent. Sinara handled check in, and check out, even ensuring a safe arrival to the next hotel. ROOM cleaning service was consistent.

The hotel sits apart from everything, it is perfect for calm. One can take walks on the beach during the day. A taxi is needed for evening strolls elsewhere.

The room was spacious offering a very comfortable environment. The beds allowed restful sleep. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy ensuring maintained cleanliness was consistent each day.
